The Wine Cellar

The company cultivates grapes on the hills Ceretane S. Giovese, Montepulciano and Cabernet Soavignon. From the collection that is made exclusively by hand resulting production of 8,000 bottles produced each year in three distinct types of wines strictly IGT Lazio. All products are processed on site winery with fermentation at controlled temperature in steel barrels and then refined in oak barrels.
